General information for a visit

The Royal Mews is a working stables, with many of the staff living on-site. It can be a busy, noisy environment with the movement of people, horses and motor vehicles. There are lots of private areas which are only used by staff and residents. These are marked with the words, 'Private' or 'Staff only'.

There are many different patterned and uneven floor surfaces and the site is mostly lit by fluorescent lights.
