General information for your visit

  • If you or someone in your party finds crowds and queuing difficult you can book to enter via the less busy Access Entrance.
  • Please note there are various noisy elements even at this less busy entrance.
  • These tickets CANNOT be booked on line, you must contact the Specialist Sales team: [email protected] or +44 (0)303 123 7324.
  • Please note that when you are inside the State Rooms you join the standard visitor route, which can get very busy.
  • Alternatively, tickets for the standard entrance to Buckingham Palace can be booked online.
  • We also offer a free access companion ticket which can be booked online.
  • There are people in uniforms (Wardens) who can help with any questions during the visit.
