Where photographic material exists, orders will usually be fulfilled within 2 weeks from receipt of payment. New photography will normally be undertaken within 4 to 6 weeks of payment.

To request permission to reproduce an image and for terms and conditions, please refer to and submit the Application to reproduce an image form. Please note that submission of a completed Application Form does not guarantee that permission will be granted. The Royal Collection Trust Picture Library reserves the right to withhold rights.
We aim to respond to requests within 14 days but it may take longer to deal with your enquiry at certain times. Please help us by indicating the urgency of your request.
